What should I look for when buying a new camping tent?

• Aluminium poles – it is more convenient to use because it does not break easily like the fiber glass that is very vulnerable.

• Big rainfly – this is the umbrella of the tent. Make sure that the umbrella is big because the bigger rainfly the better. This is also waterproof.

• Folded seams and double stitching – see to it that the material use has a double stitch in order to avoid leaking

• One piece tub floor – see to it that the tub floor of your tent is waterproof and it should be a few inches up before it was sown on the wall of the ten.

• Sufficient guy lines- make sure that the guy lines are complete in order to have an intact tent. It is not comfortable to sleep in a tent that is being flown by the wind.

• High quality stake loops – these are used in every corner of the tent and the center of each side. This prevents the tent from being flown by the wind.

• Noseeum meshing – this is where you can put your trash and keep those nasty bugs out.

• Tent with roof vent – this is use to feel and smell some fresh air when you are inside the tent. It also removes the condensation inside the tent.

• Heavy-duty zippers – you will be coming in and out of the tent so make sure that you have the best zippers so that it will not be destroyed.
