Can you answer Selena Gomez’s question about Canopies?:
I have a queen size bed and a rectangular canopy that i want to hang over it. It comes with 4 hooks bu my dad won’t let me use the hooks because u have to drill a hole in the ceiling. I tried tape but it did not work what other possible way is there.

But still, does your dad allow hanging framed pictures in the living room?
You gotta drill (or nail) holes for those, right?
If the canopy is light, you can use small hooks, like cup hooks, and the holes will be very simple to spackle when the day comes to fill them.
Dad is Dad, and Dad makes the rules, but he’s not really being reasonable.
You could also ask him nicely to do it… Betcha he’ll drill holes.
Canopies Feedback: i saw a new porduct to stick up pictures to a wall without nails/screws i got some to put up my daughter canopy. I decided to hook it over her curtain pole in the end but i wonder if this type fastener would work for you. I have just looked up the company and they do these in different sizes. Have a look in a craft or harware store .
Canopies Feedback: If its a textured or popcorn ceiling not much will work. If its flat, 3-M makes picture hanging hooks that will hold 10-15 pounds, that may work.
But depending on how much it weighs the hooks may be the only thing to support it, you don’t want it to come crashing down when you’re sleeping.
