canopy Q&A: What is a good product to use to water-proof a canvas EZ-Up canopy and not turn it yellow in the sun?

We use this canopy for our business. It is supposed to be water-resistant already but continues to leak on our products. EZ-Up has very poor customer service and is not helpful warning that any products used will void the warrenty. However they will not replace it either. Grrr. Any ideas?

Looking for product to suspend truck canopy when not in use?

I have a garage with tall ceilings and would like to utilize that space to store my truck canopy when not in use. A pully system would be ideal so I could lower and raise the canopy. Does such a product exist? If so, who sells it?
